Filter structure

The aggregates used have been specially developed to bind phosphates. The PHOSPAT® NPF 1 cassette is made up of 3 layers. The outer layers protect and secure the central Phoslamin layer and ensure smooth flow. Due to its unique composition, large quantities of phosphates are bound quickly and sustainably.

Application

Connect the connection to a pump with a flow rate of approximately 1000 to 2000 l/h. The PHOSPAT® NPF 1 should be placed in the water approximately 5 to 7 cm below the water level. Replacing the used cassette with a new cassette is done underwater. We offer a pump specially designed for the PHOSPAT® NPF 1.

General informations

In principle, the PHOSPAT® NPF 1 can be supplied with pre-filtered water or not. Impurities, such as suspended solids, are filtered by the sieve cover during the suction emitted by the pump, which protects the PHOSPAT® NPF 1.
