Hydrolysis Oxidation
The functional principle is based on the combination of copper (CU++) as a flocculant and bactericide together with a hydrolysis system, which enables holistic water treatment without chemical additives by splitting the water molecules into oxidant disinfectors such as oxygen, ozone and peroxide.

Hydrolysis
Water (H² O) consists of two parts hydrogen (H²) and one part oxygen (O). Hydrolysis means that the water molecule is broken down. When the electric current flows through the water, the chemical bond between H and O is broken. The negative oxygen concentration (or ions) go to the positive electrodes (anodes). Other chemical reactions also take place during hydrolysis, which produce additional specific ions that also oxidize and thus provide additional disinfection

Copper ionization
The combined use of copper ionization greatly increases the efficiency of hydrolysis. The antibacterial and algaecidal power of the copper system forms a strong unit with the high oxidation rate of the hydrolysis system and ensures perfect water treatment, free of chemical additives. This system is also effective against Legionnaires' bacteria.

UltraBead Filter
A compact UltraBead® filter is already installed in the Plug & Swim for biological and mechanical filtration. The filtration through the beads can be up to 5 microns. The filter is equipped with a bypass and valve construction. This guarantees maximum flow with minimum pressure loss. The delivery comes standard with the bypass for easy and quick backwashing of the filter.

Swimming pool pumps
The quiet and energy-efficient swimming pool pumps with an integrated high-performance strainer basket round off the Plug & Swim range. The pump combines state-of-the-art technical hydraulic parts, frequency converter technology and a highly efficient permanent magnet motor with an innovative water-cooled motor. With these properties, the speed can be adjusted, which enables high energy efficiency. An extremely quiet and very reliable swimming pool pump.

Patio cupboard
The “Plug & Swim” is installed in a pretty “Biohort” high board. Thanks to the lid and door opening with gas pressure springs, the technology is optimally accessible. The HighBoard is rainwater-proof and has a locking mechanism with a twist-grip cylinder lock. The high-quality cabinet is hot-dip galvanized and made from polyamide stove-coated sheet steel. The lid is made of powder-coated aluminum. All screws and hinges are made of stainless steel.

“Plug & Swim” is not suitable for filtration in fish ponds.
